What could it mean?
The numbers 5, 2, & 6 correspond to Chinese words just like 2(two) =to or 4(four) =for in English.
In Mandarin:
5 wǔ 五 sounds like wǒ (I)
2 èr 二 sounds like ài (love)
6 liù 六 sounds like nǐ (you)

Okay I promised I would explain the terms “Banana” and “Egg” used by young people in Hong Kong to describe 2 types of people so here goes…

Bananas: yellow on the outside, white on the inside
Eggs: white on the outside, yellow on the inside
